We offer full consultation with every assessment, where customers can discuss the current service or any fire safety related queries they may have.
As well as a comprehensive assessment we also offer a months free advice period after receipt of the assessment to assist our clients with any findings from the report.
What's more, we have a highly experienced validation team who quality check each report for technical and clerical accuracy before the final product is sent out.
Our report writing software (created inhouse by our skilled team) also sets us apart, which allows us to create detailed and professional documents efficiently, ensuring a fast turnover from site visit, to receipt of the finished report. It also gives us full creative freedom to allow us to make our templates the way we need, to fit each building.

As there are many different variables that can affect the amount of time a service will take to complete, it is not possible to provide an exact figure however, we have designed a list of questions to determine the cost of any job.

Cost is not always based on the time taken, but also the level of risk and thus liability taken on by our Fire Risk Assessors.
Costs will always consider the minimum requirement of resources required to undertake the work and therefore there is a minimum cap on assessments of no less than £150.
