Information, name and contact, will be kept untill this information is no longer applicable. Due to the nature of our company we require contact information to arrange fire risk assessments this can include follow up visits. Once said individual is no longer working for the client in question or job role has changed and is no longer the contact all personal data will be deleted from files.
